In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the photos that you have purchased from the Above It All Image Library website, please follow the procedure below and we will work with you to try and come to a solution of mutual satisfaction.
Please write to us at the following address explaining why you are not happy with the photographs that you received. Make sure you include your name, date of order, order number, email address and the name of the photos that you ordered (as described on the Above It All Image Library website):

If you have placed an order for digital images and downloaded these from the Above It All Image Library website, please also email the above information to us and attach the original zip file you received in unextracted form, together with the unaltered image files contained within that zip file at their original size.
We will offer a refund of monies paid only if the digital files received were corrupt, damaged or not of the size and quality implied by their description on our website. We regret that due to the nature of the product we are unable to refund clients for reasons such as "the photograph did not show the feature I was looking for". Previews of all images are mabe available for inspection on our website. Please ensure that you have studied these preview images carefully before selecting them for purchase. Unless the files received were damaged or corrupt, refunds will be credited to your Above It All Image Library account.
